GOLF COURSE FOR SALE - Royal Oaks Golf Club

Deloitte Restructuring Inc. in its capacity as receiver and manager of Royal Oaks Golf Club Inc. (“ROGC”) is commencing a Court-approved sale and investment solicitation process for the purpose of soliciting proposals to purchase the assets (the “Property”) of ROGC.

The Property includes, but is not limited to, an 18-hole golf course (totaling 220 acres), golf course equipment (i.e., mowers), golf power carts, golf equipment (i.e., golf clubs) and clothing; a ~25,550 ft2 clubhouse (built in 2008) that houses a large banquet hall, a bar and restaurant with access to a large wrap-around veranda, a full commercial kitchen, a professional golf shop, gendered washrooms, offices, and a large storage area (currently houses ~60 golf carts); and a 8,660 ft² maintenance building. The golf course is a Rees Jones design, son of legendary golf course designer Robert Trent Jones.
