April is here and depending on your forecast, temperatures and turf conditions, another golf season is hopefully just around the corner. Recently, the Federal Government announced that the proposed 4.7% alcohol excise tax increase will now be rolled back to a 2% increase until 2026. In Saskatchewan, the Provincial Government announced that they are freezing the small business tax rate at 1% for an additional year.
