Clubhouse Manager
Como Golf Club is searching for a new Clubhouse Manager effective immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Some experience working in a similar situation; managing a sport club, bar or restaurant.
• Knowledge of computers and online banking, etc.
• Knowledge of the game of golf will be considered an asset.
• Ability to work in both English and French.

TASKS:
• Manage and participate in all administrative, retail and service aspects of Como Golf club.
• Coordinate food and beverage service
• Hiring and manage service employee scheduling
• Training and performance to ensure satisfactory service, have the employee policies and procedures respected,
• Oversee cart rentals and green fee sales,
• Maintain and control inventory, deal with suppliers,
• Prepare reception hall for events
• Oversee cleanliness of the clubhouse and area
• Provide members (old and new) and their guests with the best level of service possible.
• Manage the (POS) system, prepare bank deposits, manage the GGGgolf tee time reservation system.

REMUNERATION:
To be discussed later, including bonuses.

WORK SCHEDULE:
40 or more flexible hours per week mid April to mid November (about 33 weeks).
