NGCOA Canada Announces Official Position Statement: 3rd Party Tee Time Resellers

In response to concerns expressed by golf course operators throughout Canada, the NGCOA Canada board of directors has established a position statement on 3rd party tee time resellers. Please click here to view the statement.

We recommend that golf courses give full consideration to this position statement when considering working with any 3rd party tee time reseller.

With a wide range of 3rd party business models in the marketplace today, and varying circumstances at many golf courses; any such marketing decisions do become unique considerations and are frequently subject to negotiation. This position statement is intended to provide you with support for such marketing decisions.

Please note that this position statement is not intended to replace legal consultation and that independent legal council is still advised relating to any details within 3rd party agreements.
