      RTO's & the Golf Industry _____________________________________________________

Do you know which of the new RTO (Regional Tourism Organizations) sectors you are now in?

Ontario is paving the way for a stronger, more competitive tourism industry by forming regional tourism organizations (RTO’s) in each of the province’s 13 new tourism regions.

RTO’s will be independent, industry-led, not-for-profit organizations responsible for building and supporting competitive and sustainable tourism regions. They will help attract more visitors, generate more economic activity and create more tourism jobs across the province.

It is extremely important to become involved in the development of the RTO in your region to ensure the golf industry – and your business – is properly represented. For the RTO contact information page, click here. This regional approach builds on extensive consultations with stakeholders and key recommendations from Discovering Ontario: a report on the future of tourism (The Sorbara report).

      NGCOA Canada's Golfmax Purchasing Program
 _____________________________________________________

Through the power of our collective membership, the association is able to negotiate and offer strong discounts and rebates to our members through 50 different industry suppliers.

Maximizing on ALL the value available is another story however!

Many members battling increasing operating costs and stiffer competition for the golfing dollar are taking a closer look at the growing list of Golfmax Suppliers and finding additional savings to apply to their bottom line. We are available for chapter members to discover even more value from the Golfmax Program.

Members interested in reviewing their current Golfmax usage are welcome to contact Mike Bell at 705-812-1254. Mike will be happy to meet with you and review all potential opportunities to help stretch your operating dollar and maximize expense savings potential.
